Refund & cancellation policy.

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the week starts.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the week starts.
  • No refund within 6 days of the week start, except for documented medical reasons.
  • Refunds process to the original payment method within 10 business days.
